Guidelines for using HV Web Online services responsibly.
Clients may not use HV Web Online services for any illegal, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or harmful activities, or for any activity that creates risk to HV Web Online, its systems, its providers, its clients, or the public.
Clients may not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, exploit, abuse, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to systems, services, applications, control panels, accounts, networks, or infrastructure.
Email services must not be used for spam, phishing, blacklisting behavior, sender reputation abuse, deceptive communication, or abusive delivery practices.
Clients are solely responsible for all content, media, code, applications, pages, forms, downloads, messages, email campaigns, and digital assets published, transmitted, stored, or made accessible through their services.
Content that is illegal, malicious, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, harmful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate may be restricted, suspended, disabled, removed, or reported without notice.
HV Web Online is not obligated to monitor all client activity, but may review, investigate, or act on content or account activity whenever reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect systems, respond to abuse complaints, or comply with legal obligations.
Clients are responsible for all activity occurring through their websites, accounts, admin panels, email accounts, domains, integrations, scripts, automations, users, team members, contractors, and credentials, whether authorized by the client directly or caused by insufficient account security.
Clients must maintain appropriate control over account access, credentials, user permissions, API keys, and third-party integrations connected to their services.
HV Web Online reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, disable, remove, quarantine, block, or terminate services immediately if violations are detected, reasonably suspected, reported by third parties, or if activity creates security, operational, reputational, legal, or provider-compliance risk.
HV Web Online may take such action with or without prior notice, particularly in cases involving abuse, fraud, malware, phishing, spam, legal risk, urgent security issues, provider enforcement, or risk to other customers or infrastructure.
No refunds will be issued for accounts, services, licenses, hosting, domains, email services, or related fees suspended, restricted, removed, or terminated due to policy violations, suspected abuse, provider complaints, or security enforcement.
Clients must also comply with the terms, acceptable use requirements, anti-abuse rules, technical limits, and enforcement standards of third-party providers involved in service delivery, including hosting providers, registrars, SSL providers, DNS providers, email platforms, security vendors, payment providers, cloud vendors, and related infrastructure providers.
If a third-party provider requires action, restriction, suspension, investigation, content removal, configuration changes, or termination, HV Web Online may comply with such requirements and is not responsible for losses, downtime, or interruptions resulting from third-party provider enforcement or platform rules.
If you become aware of misuse of services, abuse, phishing, spam, malware, or other policy violations, please report it to:
