Domains are processed immediately through third-party registrars and cannot be reversed once purchased.
Business email services, including Microsoft 365 setup and provisioning, are non-refundable once provisioned.
Licenses are issued through third-party providers and cannot be canceled after activation.
SSL certificates are generally non-refundable once issued, validated, or processed through the certificate provider.
Refunds may be considered only if cancellation occurs before any work or service provisioning has begun.
All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of HV Web Online.
No development, setup, configuration, design, optimization, or provisioning work will begin until payment has been received and confirmed.
Clients agree to contact HV Web Online prior to initiating any payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination, account suspension, and additional recovery or administrative fees.
