Client Support Policy

Clear support expectations for HV Web Online website and CMS clients.

HV Web Online provides reasonable website and CMS support during normal business hours. Support requests should be submitted by message or email, and responses will be provided as availability allows during posted business hours.

Scheduled support appointments are preferred for CMS help, training, and troubleshooting. Unscheduled calls, late-night calls, weekend calls outside posted hours, and urgent same-day requests may not be answered immediately and may be returned on the next business day.

Basic support and guidance may be included depending on the project scope. Extended training, repeated troubleshooting, on-site visits, content-entry assistance, and additional support beyond the original project scope may be billed separately or scheduled as an additional service.

House calls and on-site support are available by appointment only and are not guaranteed as part of standard website packages unless specifically included in writing.
